The Southwestern Workforce Development Board creates an annual plan in conjunction with the priorities of the North Carolina Workforce Strategic Plan and the workforce needs of a seven county region.  The programs and initiatives contained in the plan will better assist regional job seekers, businesses, workforce partners, economic developers and training providers in providing the best services while obtaining high performance outcomes.
